Jerry Avery is a native of Coldwater, MI, and started AAH in 2011. Jerry has managed over 100 construction projects from large custom home builds to kitchen remodels. With an interest and affinity for home design, Jerry enjoys working closely with owners to develop a design that addresses their “wish list” while managing within the inevitable constraints posed by budgets, material availability, and the property itself. AAH has developed a committed group of subcontractors and specialty tradespeople who have partnered with Jerry for many years.
