What You'll Do

Measure, cut, assemble, and install building components using hand and power tools

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with accuracy

Perform framing, demolition, insulation, siding & exteriors, composite decking, roofing, drywall, doors & windows, install flooring & cabinets, trim carpentry

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Handle materials and support daily site operations

Ensure all work meets our high standards for quality and safety
What We're Looking For

Strong carpentry background with 7 years experience in wood frame construction.

Plumbing, concrete, HVAC, electrical knowledge are beneficial but willing to train the right person

A sharp eye for detail and commitment to doing things right

Strong work ethic—no shortcuts, no excuses

Dependable, self-motivated, ability to work on own and as a team.

Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

A desire to grow, improve, and master your craft
